Neil Makhija
Founder and Treasurer
Neil founded FHV in April 2023 after experiencing the challenges of tail spend firsthand in his previous role. Before starting FHV, he spent several years at Accenture Strategy, consulting for clients across various industries on their procurement and supply chain strategies. At FHV, Neil is responsible for business strategy and ensuring client satisfaction. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching ultimate frisbee.
Franck Capron
Head of GTM Strategy
With more than 15 years of experience in supply chain and procurement across various clients and industries, Franck has extensive expertise in establishing, transforming, and leading large international source-to-pay programs. He is responsible for designing tail spend and integrator solutions for FHV, helping clients right-size their needs and priorities, quantify the benefits, establish optimal operating models and scope parameters, and ultimately advising them in co-creating their internal business cases and change management approaches.
Christine Nguo
CPG Vertical Lead
Christine brings more than 14 years of experience in procurement strategy and transformation across Europe, the Middle East and Australia. She has extensive experience transforming tail spend management, a typically cumbersome and resource-intensive task requiring excessive time on low-value and one-off suppliers.
In her recent role with a global consumer goods manufacturer, Christine spearheaded the rollout of the FHV solution across the U.S. and U.K. markets, streamlining operations and enhancing the strategic capacity of procurement teams.
Irakli Kaliiaev
System Implementation Lead
Irakli brings more than eight years of experience in implementation strategy and project management across various industries. He specializes in optimizing process efficiency and enhancing procurement capabilities through strategic redesigns and technology integration.
As an implementation lead, Irakli successfully managed the rollout of the FHV solution for a large CPG client, driving significant improvements in tail spend management. His extensive experience in software development project management equips him to lead complex digital solutions effectively.
Karthick Venkatesh
Head of Operations
With a robust background in procurement and supply chain management, Karthick brings extensive expertise to our organization as the process team lead. With 12 years of experience in optimizing procurement processes, he excels in strategic sourcing, vendor management and contract negotiations. Karthick's career has spanned diverse industries, including wind power, automobile, motor and pumps, where he has consistently driven efficiency and cost-effectiveness in procurement operations.
Islam Shawareb
Head of Finance
Islam joined Full Horizon Ventures in July 2023, where he manages the finance processes, tax compliance and payment operations. He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance from previous firms, where he has worked to manage global finance teams and consolidated information across various entities to generate global financial statements. Islam holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University and has passed the four levels of the CPA exam. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and chess.
